The Arlington County Invasive Plant Program tackles the problem of invasive plants in Arlington. The Invasive Plant Program is funded by Arlington County PRCR and run through the Virginia Cooperative Extension. This allows for a close working relationship between the Cooperative Extension and Arlington Department of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources on the invasive plant issue and maximizes the use of educational and practical expertise from both organizations.
