The Ellipse Arts Center is a 3000 square foot visual art exhibition gallery is managed by the Cultural Affairs Division of Arlington County, Department of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources. The Ellipse Arts Center is committed to providing a diverse schedule of high quality contemporary visual arts designed to respond to the needs and interests of the community.
Description:
Ellipse volunteers serve as gallery information specialists. Duties can include gallery sitting, serving as a telephone receptionist during staff meetings, assisting with installation/de-installation of exhibitions, preparing and distributing written materials for mailings, and assisting with our popular public programs.
