This committee guides the overall resource development strategy of the affiliate, incorporating volunteers, money, land, materials, and services. It utilizes representatives of all the other standing committees in order to develop a holistic resource development strategy across the entire organization. Members help identify potential partners in the community and attend meetings with business leaders along with HFHNV staff to solicit financial support.
