To improve the quality of life of all Rim Community Mountain Residents, especially low-income and disadrantaged individuals / families, those affected by disasters and/or unforeseen circumstances and to provide a model for future disasters. This is accomplished by
(1) Building a community of support
(2) Educating the community
(3) Participating in coalitions with other advocates
(4) continuing to seek new resources and partnerships.
