Board members meet monthly (except December and August) to review agency finance and programs, set and update policies as needed, and plan for fund raising opportunities. Board members also enjoy the opportunity to conduct program reviews, using state mandated tools, of the child development classrooms. They also represent the agency in a positive way in our community, seeking resources and volunteers to enhance the programs for children and clients. There is a half to full day retreat annually, and an orientation tour and meeting with the director and board president. Any board member who wishes to volunteer in or review a classroom must have fingerprint clearance through CCL (Licensing). This opportunity is sponsored by: Cambridge Community Center
