We would like to welcome you to the Arizona Department of Education online resource for adult volunteers and Arizona schools.

As a volunteer, you will be able to search for opportunities to volunteer in schools in your area. There are many needs that can be met through your specific volunteer skills that will enhance and enrich the educational experience of all of our children in school.   Schools as well as classroom teachers will be able to develop profiles of your programs, specific needs, times and days you need assistance as well as list opportunities for parents to get involved in your school activities and events. 

Our purpose is to create a site that will connect schools with volunteers to meet the demands and special needs of each community.  We have a wealth of resources available in Arizona to impact education in a positive way.  We believe this site will increase the awareness and availability of resources in your community to better serve the needs of our schools.
