To serve the Latino community in Baltimore.

Description:
We are an Educational Based Latino Outreach program (eblo). We provide After School and Saturday School programs for Latino children. We offer Spanish learning classes to the community. Also we offer English and computer learning classes.

History:
Agency has been around for thirty years. We have had our annual Latinofest for 26 years.
