Retreat Housing - Since 1986, thousands of critically ill children and their families have used our retreat homes free of charge to renew their energy and spirit throughout their child’s exhausting medical treatment. Recognizing the ever growing need for these unique and meaningful programs, Believe In Tomorrow is dedicated to the national expansion of our Retreat Housing services.

Hospital Housing - Since 1993, Believe In Tomorrow’s Children’s House at Johns Hopkins has provided accommodations to families traveling from throughout the United States and the world seeking medical treatment at the internationally famous Johns Hopkins Children’s Center. The Believe In Tomorrow Children’s House at Johns Hopkins has been used as a model for pediatric hospital housing in the United States and sits on the grounds of the Johns Hopkins Hospital.
Hands On™ Adventures is a network of strategic national partnerships, between Believe In Tomorrow and unique industries, that allow children to experience "once in a lifetime" opportunities. The goal of this program is to ignite the imaginations of critically ill children in order to help them believe and focus on the future, rather than the stressful routine of hospital visits. It is our philosophy that the healing process is enhanced and strengthened when children believe in tomorrow.
