Description:
Partners in Care is a private nonprofit service exchange program designed to create community by linking elderly and disabled adults with neighbors who volunteer their time to help with occasional tasks, errands, handyman, and friendly visits. Participants may provide services, receive services, or both. Volunteers participate in yard work, light handyman, painting and cleaning, and Emergency Preparedness Kit assembly and delivery.

History:
This organizational is 15 years old and assists elderly and disabled adults in Anne Arundel County and Frederick. We have grown over the years to include 2200 members. We consider ourselves a niche organization, filling in the gaps in available resources and services.
