The Ride Across Maryland Foundation raises money for breast cancer charities that provide services, support and research in the fight against breast cancer.

Description:
The Ride Across Maryland Foundation was founded in 2000 by former Channel 13 -WJZ TV anchor, Mr. Richard "Dick" Gelfman. He and his family wanted to start a charity that would help raise money for families affected by breast cancer. In the last 6 years, the annual motorcycle Ride Across Maryland has donated over $880,000 to the Susan G. Komen Foundation. The event is highlighted by a fun kick-off event at the Mall in Columbia, MD before all the motorcycles depart and then ride to Ocean City,MD for a 2 day event filled with great entertainment, food, vendors and more.
