The mission of the Catonsville Senior Center is to serve as a focal point of access for information, programs, education and services for senior citizens in the greater Catonsville community and to enhance the lives of its members and enable them to remain active and independent.

Description:
The Catonsville Senior Center has classes in more than 40 areas of interest for senior adults, weekly special events, an on-site caterer with noon meals daily, a brand new fitness center with state-of-the art senior friendly equipment, and a myriad volunteer opportunities.

History:
The Catonsville Senior Center has been at its present site since the early 80's and is part of a network of 19 senior centers in Baltimore County each having its local flavor. It has 1900 registered members. The setting is in a county park with tennis courts and ball fields available.
