We are a complete continuum of care facility on a 52 acre campus including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Long Term Care Health Center and Adult Day Services(that are offered at off-campus sites in various locations. We are a Christian organization.

Augsburg from the beginning in 1892 has had the mission to care for individuals as if each were the Lord Himself. We recognize the gift of life has been given by the Lord and believe in the innate dignity of every individual. We realize the Lord allows Augsburg to continue in His footsteps, loving individuals as He has loved us. Our spiritual program reinforces all religious beliefs and fosters an enriched spiritual life. We are accredited by the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission. Admission to any of Augsburg's programs is open to all people regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, handicap or disability.
