We need your help to disseminate this information through your resources in public relations, public service announcements, advertising. We need to spread the word to small businesses and residences in our catchment area (Patients must live in one of the following 13 zip code areas: 21201, 21202, 21206, 21210, 21211, 21212, 21213, 21214, 21215, 21217, 21218, 21239 or 21251). Also, would you please spread the word to your family and friends? Patient Eligibility is determined by a screening process. Patients must live in one of the above zip code areas. Proof of residence will be required. For a screening appointment call 410-467-7140, between 2-4pm, Tuesday-Friday. We're located on 2800 Kirk Ave, Baltimore, MD. 21218 -- behind city college, south of 33rd off of The Alameda.
