Description:
Compassionate Care hospice is a community-based organization that cares for patients with a wide variety of terminal illnesses. We provide palliative care to reduce pain and control symptoms in order to allow patients to live as fully and comfortably as possible. The Hospice team includes a nurse, a home health aide, a social worker, a chaplain and volunteers. This team combines clinical excellence with a holistic approach to end of life care and follows a personalized plan of physical, emotional and spiritual care.

Compassionate Care Hospice was founded in 1993 and services patients, families and loved ones in Eastern Massachusetts.
