Description:
SeniorCare is a private non-profit home care agency serving elders 60 years of age and older in the communities of Beverly, Essex, Gloucester, Hamilton, Ipswich, Manchester-by-the-Sea, Rockport, Topsfield and Wenham. Is the Area Agency on Aging (AAA) and also an Aging Service Access Point (ASAP) under the auspices of the Massachusetts Executive Office of Elder Affairs. SeniorCare offers elders and their families information, referrals and extensive home care services such as care management,homemaking, personal care, health screening/information,elder protection, respite and housing options. In addition, SeniorCare houses a Nutrition, Ombudsman, Money Management,Benefit Counseling, and Volunteer Services.

History:
SeniorCare was incorporated in 1972, along with other home cares in Mass, by the Executive Office of Elder Affairs to address the need of homebound elders.
