The Community Dispute Settlement Center (CDSC) is seeking a Treasurer for its Board of Directors. At CDSC, the Board of Directors provides volunteer leadership for the organization, establishes program policy, raises funds and advises staff.
We are in need of a board member with financial expertise who is willing to support the mission of the agency. Based in Cambridge, CDSC is a private, not-for-profit mediation and training center dedicated to providing an alternative and affordable forum for resolving conflict. For over 28 years, CDSC has promoted better ways to understand and deal with conflict through skilled teams of pro bono mediators, varied training programs, and broad community outreach. We are committed to making our services accessible to under-served populations and to addressing emerging community needs.
