 As an MCAS Math Tutor you will work one-on-one with a student (grades 4 thru 6) to help him/her prepare for the MCAS (Massachusetts Comprehensive Assessment System) test in May 2008. This program will emphasize on how to solve mathematical word problems, giving your tutee strategies and best practices to score high on the MCAS test! Volunteer tutors are needed Tuesday evenings for six weeks from 5:30p-7p. This program starts on April 8, 2008, ending on May 20.
