Description:
Family Health Centers of Baltimore, Inc. (FHCB) is a not-for profit 501(C)(3) corporation, founded in 1977. FHCB provides the broadest range of primary care services at the lowest cost to consumers. To assure access and convenience for consumers, a community based one-stop shop is the model of care delivery that characterizes our approach.

Primary care services include pediatrics, family medicine, internal medicine, diabetes education, and nutrition counseling. OB/GYN, dental services, podiatry, pharmacy and mental health services are provided on-site.
