Description:
Diversified Home Services, Inc. hospice is a fully certified, accredited, and licenses hospice program, dedicated to preserving the dignity of individuals, and committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care with experienced and highly-trained staff.

The Hospice Program strives to enhance the quality of life for an individual with an illness for which a cure is considered unlikely. The goal of the team of nurses, home health aides, social workers, volunteers, clergy, and physicians is to provide comfort and care at home, with minimal hospitalization for control of symptoms. This approach allows the patient to enjoy friends and family for his or her remaining days.

	In 1994, we only had 3 hospice volunteers. We now have 50 hospice volunteers.
