Alternatives is a non-profit human service agency providing skills and support to individuals with developmental and psychiatric disabilities throughout Central Massachusetts. We collaborate to create personalized, flexible and cost-effective services which foster fulfilling roles at home, at work and in the community. State funding sources describe Alternatives as "an honest, straight forward organization with a sense of humor that consistently shows vision and innovation."

For 30 years, Alternatives has offered a wide range of residential, vocational and transportation services to individuals with developmental and psychiatric disabilities throughout Central Massachusetts.
