The Jackson Hole Film Institute is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Our mission is to empower independent filmmakers and inspire global audiences through the cultivation, education and business of film and the cinematic arts. We do this by producing an annual international film festival every June, developing educational programs for local and statewide students and programming special film events through out the year. The 5th Anniversary Jackson Hole Film Festival takes place June 5 - 9, 2008.

We are pleased to welcome UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon to open the JHFF Global Insight Summit. Other spotlights for 2008 include: Latin American films and filmmakers and Green Initiative.
