First, to provide news and information that is focused on the northwest region of the state. Second, to contribute to preserving the culture in the community through locally produced programs. Third, to maintain the tradition of public radio by educating and informing listeners and providing a diversity of music and views that challenge people to explore new ideas.
Description:
We will be a public and non-commercial radio station servicing Teton Co., WY. We will cover a wide range of issues and music from local elections to the public school system, local history to trail reports, support of other non-profits to promoting local artists. We will play a and eclectic variety of music that represents the tastes of the people who live in JH. We will promote local events and activities, community fundraisers, sporting events and social gatherings, children's programming, poetry and theater readings and more. Volunteer positions vary from being an on-air DJ to helping with the office or fund raising or producing programs and PSAs.
