EntryPoint, the Street Outreach program of Connections for the Homeless, is looking for volunteers for the morning drop in services. Volunteers will help case managers perform routine tasks and will have the opportunity to engage with participants on a personal level. Volunteers must be friendly, outgoing, and reliable. From Chicago: Go north on Sheridan Road; turn left onto Dempster Street. Turn right onto Chicago Avenue. The shelter is in the basement of Lake Street Church, at the corner of Chicago & Lake. The entrance is on the north side of the building. Limited on-street parking is available.
From the North: Go south on Sheridan Road; when Sheridan turns left in front of Northwestern's Arch, stay straight; the street will become Chicago Avenue. Proceed to Chicago & Lake.
From the West: Go east on Dempster Street; turn left onto Chicago Avenue; proceed to Chicago & Lake
