The ALSA NNE Chapter provides support and services to families living with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS also known as Lou Gehrig's Disease) in Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine.

Description:
We offer home visits and Support Groups to patients & caregivers, free informational resources about ALS treatment, free equipment loans, access to patient assistance & respite care funds, advocacy at the state & federal level, inservice trainings for medical providers, and work with ALS multidisciplinary clinics.
