Founded in 1971, CONTACT Pittsburgh, Inc. offers immediate emotional support by telephone volunteers trained to help people of all ages who may be suicidal, in emotional distress, or in need of reassurance, information or referral services.
Description:
CONTACT Pittsburgh provides multiple telephone support services, training and community education. We are the only Western Pennsylvania hotline certified by the American Association of Suicidology.
CONTACT Pittsburgh is fully accredited by CONTACT USA, a national association of approximately 60 telephone hotlines in the United States.
