MIssion Statement: Our Mission is to facilitate child development through implementing Parents as Teachers program which improves children's social-emotional, intellectual, motor, and language development.

Description:
We believe that through a broad based implementation of Parents as Teachers program throughout the State of Utah we can effectively avert many of the problems that show up later in life without intervention.

History:
We are a 501(c)(3) organization. We were organized as Biblical Counseling Center and doing business as Abundant Life Social Services. We were formed in January 2005.
