The South Davis Community Hosptial continues to be a leader in providing speciality hospital services and other related care by providing a natural progression of medical care, rehabilitative care, counseling combined with related support activities and options for living life at the highest level of function possible. We continue that care into the home with our Home Health and Hospice Care. As a team of dedicated health care professionals, our ultimate goal and greatest satisfaction is realized when the care we provide results in positive outcomes for our patients and residents.

History:
The following is a history of firsts.

In 1980 the South Davis Community Hospital is licensed as Utah's first sub-acute speciality hospital.
In 1994 South Davis Home Health opens to broaden continuum of care.
In 1996 South Davis Hospice services are offered.
In 1999 the In on Barton Creek assisted living center opens.
In 2003 Orchard Cove Alzheimer community opens.
In 2004 South Davis Community Hospital is licensed as Utah's first ong term acute care facility.
In 2005 Barton Creek proudly accepts "Best in State" award.
In 2007 South Davis Community Hospital opens Orthopedic-Rehab Department.
