The mission of Rocky Mountain Hospice is to administer care to meet the unique needs of each terminally-ill person and his or her family

History:
Rocky Mountain Hospice (RMH) was established in 1996 and is owned and operated by Vali Division of Wasatch Inc., a 501 (c) (3) organization. RMH provides palliative and end of life care services to individuals and their families in the Utah communities of Cache, Carbon, Davis, Salt Lake, Utah, Wasatch and Weber Counties. Hospice is responsible for the total care and management of the patient. RMH renders care through an inter disciplinary team led by the patient and his/her personal physician.
