LifePath Hospice & Family Care believes in making everyday count for the patient diagnosed with advanced illness. Our focus is on caring, not curing, to allow patients to live in piece and dignity, surrounded by family and friends in the most comfortable enviroment. Hospice dose not hasten or postpone death, but affirms life, emphasizing quality instead of length. Special care is given to support the family through this transition.

LifePath Hospice & Family Care is all about renewing hope. Hope that following a diagnosis of a life threating illness both patients and familiy can live each day to the fullest. We accept anyone regardless of age, religion,and type of illness or sexual orientation.

Description:
In addition to the medical components, we also offer emotional, spiritual, and practical support based on the patient's wishes and family needs. Volunteer's provide respite care for family members as well as meaningful support to the patient. Our care is usually delivered at home or in a home-like setting to person's in the final phase of life. LifePath Hospice & Family Care is devoted to help patients live with dignity through the end of their life transition while involving loved ones in the care.

History:
LifePath Hospice & Family Care opened in June of 2002. The agency is owned and operated by Merridee Farr CEO & Susan Mulikin Admin/Social Work. Both Women have worked in the medical field of Home Health and Hospice Care for 18 years.
