Volunteers needed to work with youth 10 - 14 years at the Clearfield City Youth Resource Center. This is an after-school program which offers community youth a place to do homework & have fun. YRC has a computer room with restricted internet access, a reading room complete w/ indoor tree house, recreation area w/ board games, a lending library, pool table, ping pong and fishing. We are looking for volunteers who enjoy working with youth ages 10 - 14 and are willing to share their special skills, such as cooking, computers, gardening, tutoring math, English and other school subjects, and any other skills. Center hours are Monday - Thursday, from 3pm - 6pm, when school is in session. Must be 18 or over. A background check will be performed for all volunteers working with youth.
