Our mission at ShareHouse is "To provide chemical dependency treatment and recovery services to those in need and the prevention of abuse through education".

Description:
Sister's Path is a collaborative effort of ShareHouse, Fargo Housing Authority and Beyond Shelter Inc., to provide shelter with supportive chemical dependency related services for homeless single parent families with a special focus on pregnant families. Supportive programming includes: parenting, chemical dependency treatment, anger management, co-dependency, cognitive restructuring, residential programming, say "yes to life" and the use of several community resources.

History:
Since 1975, ShareHouse has proudly provided a continuum of chemical dependency treatment, prevention and educational services to those affected by the disease of addiction, their families and communities. Through these programs we support recovery as a creative journey providing a spirit of personal well0being and inner peace.

Recognizing the gap in services for single parents, in June of 2004, Sister's Path opened its's doors to expand services to include singe parents and their children. As of November 2004, Sister's Path has been fully occupied.
