College Outreach seeks to provide the resources, guidelines, training, and support to individuals and organizations to assist them in educating low-income high school students about their college options and provide college preparation and application mentoring services to these high students during their junior and senior years of high school.

College Outreach is a student-run national nonprofit agency that serves as a conduit for college students to mentor low-income high school students through the college application process. College Outreach is a national network of undergraduate student volunteers mentoring low-income high school students. College Outreach was founded by Rhodes Scholar and Yale Alumni Nate Herring whose major ambition in life is to help disadvantaged adolescents.
