Mobile Meals of Trenton/Ewing is committed to providing nutritious meals and related services which are designed to promote the independence, dignity, health, and well being of our homebound customers.

Description:
Each weekday, Mobile Meals of Trenton/Ewing volunteers deliver hot, nutritious meals to residents of Trenton and Ewing who are homebound and unable to shop or prepare meals for themselves. The agency provides more than 40,000 meals annually, serving approximately 450-500 individuals. Meal recipients receive one to three daily meals, and benefit from a friendly greeting by caring volunteers who care deeply about their well being.

History:
Mobile Meals of Trenton was founded in 1973 by area congregations and visiting nurses. In 2002, the Ewing Meals On Wheels program joined Mobile Meals of Trenton, becoming the Mobile Meals of Trenton/Ewing program in existence today.
