Men and women over age 60 to volunteer with children in local non profit day care centers or with children with disabilities in their local communities. Volunteers receive a tax free stipend and travel reimbursement plus paid vacation and sick leave benefits for their work.

Seniors volunteer with children who have developmental disabilities in their local communities or with children in Head Start and other local non profit day care center programs. History:
Our program was created back in the 1960's by Congress to provide seniors the opportunity to contribute their time and knowledge in their local communities. In return the volunteer receives a tax free stipend and travel reimbursement for their participation in the program..
