Help to ensure that the elderly get to much needed health and medical related appointments. Volunteers use their own vehicles to pick up elderly individuals from their homes and take them to their appointments. The volunteer may be required to help the individual into the office and assist with getting checked in. The volunteer may stay or return for pick up when individual is finished. The time commitment for this opportunity is very flexible. The volunteer will be called when a ride is needed. They have the option of accepting or declining the request depending on whether it fits into their schedule.
Volunteers must have valid drivers license, auto registration and proof of auto insurance.
