History:
Adoptive Family Support Network (AFSN) was founded in 1991 in response to a community need for post-adoption services. A group of adoptive parents and adoption workers created an organization that would serve the life-long needs of the community?s adoptive families. 16 years later the organization continues to support the lifelong well-being of all adoptive families in our community.
