The agency provides a wide variety of housing options and community support services to adults with developmental disabilities. Community integration and long term,continued residency for persons served is the primary goal of all our programs and efforts.

History:
The agency began in the mid 1990's, building a home on the northwest side of Grand Rapids for adult womem with developmental disabilities (DD). Since then it has constructed a home for men on the southeast side of the city, provides community support services to a number of adults living in their own apartments in the Grand Rapids area and is currently in the process of providing home ownership and community support services in condominium settings to adults with DD. In addition the agency has created an activities program as well as a respite program for these citizens of our community.
