Staying fit is very important to our residents. Porter Hills is looking for volunteers to help in this area by leading our residents in exercise classes. Exercise sessions are held in our Wellness Center, Monday through Friday, and are an hour in length. Time of class is flexible. Volunteers should have a desire to work with older adults, good communication skills and be responsible and reliable (our residents depend on you!). They must be able to give and follow instruction and be knowledgeable of exercise techniques, either through personal experience or instruction. Training is provided.
