Description:
Women’s Resource Agency works with women on many levels. First, as a Resource Agency, participants may speak with a program specialist one-on-one to gather resources needed for herself and for her family. Second, through services provided through our Career Corner, participants may acquire assistance with resume building, computer training, professional workshops, and interview techniques. Third, young women, starting in the 8th grade, are participants through both a school based program and an adjudicated program designed to teach leadership skills.

History:
Women’s Resource Agency has been a vital part of Colorado Springs for over 33 years. Providing assistance with career building, community resource information, and as home of Dress for Success Colorado Springs, WRA focuses on impacting the lives of participants, 72% of whom are single parent mothers.
