Newtown Youth & Family Services, Inc. is a licensed,non profit youth service bureau and mental health clinic dedicated to helping children & families achieve their highest potential.

Description:
NYFS provides programs, services, activities, counseling, support groups and education throughout the Greater Newtown area regardless of ability to pay.

In addition to providing outpatient counseling services to individuals - children and adults, families and groups, we provide positive youth development programs.

History:
On July 1, 2007, Family Counseling Center of Newtown & Newtown Youth Services merged to form Newtown Youth & Family Services. Both FCC and NYS were founded by Trinity Episcopal Church more than 20 years ago.

By merging we have expanded our ability to serve Newtown by pooling resources and creating a continuum of unprecedented services.
