The Early Learning Institute provides educational programming for children with disabilities as well as support services for their families. We help children aged birth to 5 to realize their full potential through comprehensive, individualized early intervention and education programs.

Description:
Our Infant & Toddler program serves children from Allegheny County aged birth to 3 either in the home or in the child’s day care setting. Children aged 3 to 5 attend one of the Institute’s three preschools located in the South Hills, Turtle Creek or Kennedy Township

History:
The Early Learning Institute, formerly St. Peter’s Child Development Centers, was established in 1958 as the first preschool program for developmentally delayed children in Allegheny County to provide individualized programs to meet each child's needs.
