Description:
Niagara Lutheran Health System is the parent for Niagara Lutheran Home and Rehabilitation Center and the Lutheran Church Home in Buffalo and The GreenFields Continuing Care Community in Lancaster. We provide skilled nursing care, sub-acute care, respite care, dementia/Alzheimer's care, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services as well as assisted living apartments and residential apartment homes. We are committed to providing for not only our residents physical, but social and spiritual needs -- caring heart and soul!
History:
Niagara Lutheran Home opened its doors in 1956 serving 66 people. Over the years we have expanded to providing care and services with 173 beds at the Buffalo facility and, in Lancaster, 164 beds at the health and rehabilitation center, 49 assisted living apartments and 91 residential apartment homes on the Lancaster campus. People come to us because of the reputation we have earned for caring heart and soul.
