Golden Gate Audubon is dedicated to protecting Bay Area birds, other wildlife and their natural habitats. We conserve and restore wildlife habitat, connect people of all ages and backgrounds with the natural world, and educate and engage Bay Area residents in the protection of our shared, local environment.

Description:
Golden Gate Audubon has been a leader in the field of bird and wildlife habitat conservation in the East Bay and San Francisco since 1917. Our conservation program includes advocacy and on-the-ground projects to preserve and restore habitat, with a significant emphasis on engaging volunteers and local communities in conservation efforts. Additionally, we provide outstanding educational programs to adults, youth, and families that awaken and inspire a culture of conservation about birds and wildlife habitat in the East Bay and San Francisco.
