The Maitland Historical Society exists to promote and celebrate the history of the Maitland and greater Central Florida community.

Description:
The Maitland Historical Society operates four historical museums in Maitland including: the Waterhouse Residence & Carpentry Shop Museums that allow visitors to experience the life and times of the Victorian Waterhouse family through guided tours and museum educational programming; and the Maitland Historical & Telephone Museums allow visitors to step back in time to experience changing and permanent exhibits about national and community based historical topics.
