Established as a 901C3 in 1986, RMDI allowed me to take what I was doing as a profession with individuals and organizations into retirement as a volunteer. Relationships, the Anatomy of an Entity and Relationship Processes (the Physiology of an Identity) is the basic focus of all interventions and writings.

History:
It continues to evolve from the basics stated above and involved the support of Creative Initiative (Beyond War and Foundation for Global Community)from 1984-1999 in Palo Alto and the Institute for Noetic Sciences 2000-current in Petaluma. Daily activities include networking collaboratively regularly with a number of individuals on creating "Shift Awakentings" (Epiphanies) in the way we create our perceptual realities and how relationships work amongst humans, and all animate and inanimate "things", "no-things",
"a-things", and beyond...
