Bridge The Gap is a youth tutoring program located in Marin City, California. We pair disadvantaged students with motivated adults in one-to-one tutoring relationships.

These tutoring relationships:

Give students the self-confidence to learn
Help students build skills for success
Improve relationships within our communities

We ask that each tutor be willing to meet consistently with their student either on Monday evenings, Tuesday evenings, or both from 6:30-7:30pm. In addition, we ask that tutors contact their students before each session to confirm and encourage the student's attendance. The program runs throughout the school year (September-June) and has a summer break. Training and orientation provided, no prior experience required.
