 Host a party for a great group of hardworking, fun, friendly adults with developmental disabilities ! Pacific Diversified Services (PDS) supports adults with developmental disabilities to lead active lives as productive and accepted members of the community.
Our clients all work out in the community at paid jobs and only get together a few times a year when we have a party. They are tons of fun and love to dance, sing Karaoke, play games and sports and eat good food.
We will give you the money to buy all the party supplies and food and we can rent the space. We ask you to purchase the refreshments, decorations and to decorate the space, prepare/serve food, organize activities and enjoy yourselves. We could do this at a recreation center or have the party outdoors with and BBQ, and play games like egg/water balloon toss and/or organized sports. We have done this with a group of students from Dominican college who hosted our Halloween parties two year in a row, and it was wonderful for us and the volunteers too!
We guarantee our clients will be grateful, and that you will leave this experience feeling satisfied and inspired.
