All volunteers who work in the I & R Office answer telephones, assist with general questions about Senior Services in Marin County, do light computer work, and make appointments for the tax season and legal counseling. We are a primary resource for the senior community to provide referral information on topics such as housing, home health care, and aging related issues. Training is provided by the Director of Programs, and most volunteers work with another I & R volunteer until they become comfortable with the position. The Info & Referral Office is open Mon-Fri from 9:00 - 4:00. Some slots are still open.
