We are a consumer advocacy group working with nursing and rest home residents and their families. Our goal is to ensure the quality of life and care of residents with regard to education of benefits, rights, and entitlements guaranteed under federal, state, and local laws. Our volunteers visit residents on a weekly basis spending one to two hours in the facility.

There is a three day training program for volunteers to become certified.
