Would you like to help a local non-profit and educate others all while spending time at the beach this summer? We have the volunteer opportunity for you!
The Pemaquid Watershed Association seeks enthusiastic Nature Center Volunteers for the upcoming summer season. Volunteers will help operate Beachcombers’ Rest Nature Center on beautiful Pemaquid Beach in Bristol, ME.

Volunteers should enjoy greeting the public, sharing their love of the marine environment with others, and be willing to answer visitor questions. Opportunities to lead walks and beach scavenger hunts also exist.
The Beachcombers’ Rest Nature Center will be open seven days a week from July 1st to September 2nd. Daily hours of operation are 11am-3pm. We will accept volunteers for any day and amount of time they are willing to give. However, we are in great need of volunteer coverage July 9-12 and July 16-19, and more specifically, on weekends.
